The Agilent Y1133A Low-thermal external digital multimeter scanning kit enables fast set up for scanning and taking measurements with Agilent multiplexers and digital multimeters (DMMs). This complete set up connects to the measurement and triggering lines of the instruments.

This kit works with the 34401A, 34410A, 34411A and L4411A digital multimeters as well as the L4421A and L4433A switches.
