The Agilent N6754A is a high performance autoranging DC power module that offers speed and accuracy for test optimization. It provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds with active down programming that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. This module can be ordered with High Speed Test Extensions, which offer an oscilloscope-like digitizer that simplifies system configuration and increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT). Along with the oscilloscope-like digitizer, the high speed test extensions include LIST mode, which allows the DC Power Module to function like a low-frequency power Arbitrary Waveform generator. This module can also be ordered with Output Disconnect relays or Output Disconnect/Polarity Reversal relays. This module is part of the Agilent Modular Power System family. It occupies 2 slots in each mainframe. It is supported in the N6700B 400W Low-Profile Modular Power System, the N6701A 600 W Low-Profile Modular Power System, and the N6702A 1200W Low-Profile Modular Power System, all for ATE systems.
